60 years gone in 60 seconds.

Monday, September 22, 2014. We recently moved to San Diego, California! I am so excited for our new adventure here in this beautiful city and so happy we are all back together again as a family. My husband was deployed for about a year prior to us getting here and now we get to be together for a while before he leaves again.

I teach people how to use the simple resources they have at home to affect amazing results in their wellness through reflexology, massage therapy, aromatherapy and common sense.

Tuesday, May 3, 2011. I enjoyed making this video for basically the same reasons as I enjoyed the first. It was really neat to be able to use creativity in a way that will inform my future students.
